Iran Hacked Trump's Campaign Documents, Sent Them to Biden's Team: FBI | Firstpost America

Iranian hackers stole sensitive information from former US president Donald Trump's campaign and sent it to individuals linked to President Joe Biden's team in June and early July, an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and intelligence agencies has revealed. The motive of this act was to influence the result of the 2024 US presidential election and increase political division among voters. The information was sent to US media outlets as well. The FBI says there's no evidence to suggest that Biden's team replied to these emails. US Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign said these emails were marked as spam and phishing content. However, Trump argues Iran and Harris are spying on him.
