Easy and simple recipe

4 layers vanila cake with outstanding colors.

400g sugar
500g flour
450g margarine/butter
10 medium eggs
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup milk
Vanila essence
1tsp baking powder
Food color

Topping
1 1/2 kg ice and sugar
700g butter
Flavor of choice

Method
Mix butter and sugar till the became white creamy , while you add eggs 1 at every 2 minutes .. keep mixing till you finish all eggs and add the flour and baking powder, make sure they are sieved together then vinegar keep mixing within 3 minutes add milk and flavor of choice..
Separate the mixture in 2 different bowls and add the food color then prepare backing tin.
Pre heat oven 180° 60 minutes
