Chelo Kebab Barg Recipe

Accompaniments:
- Basmati rice : 3 cups

- Tomatoes (for grilling) : 4
- Fresh herbs : as needed (for serving)

Instructions:

1. Marinating the Meat :
- Cut the meat into cube-sized pieces.
- Grate the onions and mix them with the dissolved saffron, salt, black pepper, and turmeric.
- Add the meat pieces to the mixture and mix well to coat the meat evenly.
- Allow the meat to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 4 hours.

2. Cooking the Rice :
