Detroit family blasts AT&T for not getting their grandmother's landline phone fixed

A Detroit grandmother has been without her lifeline for almost a month. Her lifeline being her landline telephone. When storms rolled through metro Detroit in the beginning of May, it knocked out power and phone service for a lot of folks. Eight-four-year-old Mary Burnett was one of them. Her phone is still on the fritz.
