New rumors are circulating that Sony’s failed hero shooter Concord lost over $400 million for Sony and that’s not including the cost to acquire Firewalk Studios.

Concord landed with a thud upon it’s release, attracting very few players and ultimately getting shutdown just two weeks afterwards. New it’s being reported from alleged insiders that higher ups at Sony thought they really had something with this game and believed it was going to be their own Star Wars; something that will be very popular and they could continually milk. Clearly that wasn’t the case, but the insider believes those working at Sony cultivated an environment of “toxic positivity” where nothing negative was allowed to be expressed about the game.
