Assume the role of a member of the infamous Slaughter family, or one of their victims, in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, an asymmetric third-person horror game inspired by the revolutionary and iconic 1974 horror movie. As a victim, you must rely on your cunning and stealth to evade the Family's grasp while finding the essential tools that can lead to your eventual escape. As a member of the Slaughter family, your objective is to hunt down, track, and prevent your 'guests' from fleeing. In The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, players are finally given the chance to discover if they possess the resilience needed to survive.

Rush Week is a new free game mode coming to The Texas Chain Saw Massacre on September 26, 2024. Check out the latest The Texas Chain Saw Massacre trailer to gameplay from Rush Week, a 1v6 multiplayer mode that focuses on Johnny Slaughter, and lets players experience horror through a Giallo and late 70’s slasher lens. In Rush Week, the goal is simple: survive. Play as 6 different Sorority Girls racing against the clock to escape from Johnny. Differing from the base game, players will have new escape options as well as a few new key items such as a wrench, a knife, and pepper spray, that allow players to protect themselves.
