Like countless fans around the world, Artem, an IT student living in Moscow, was eager to experience Taylor Swift's Eras Tour. While many Swifties struggled with soaring ticket prices, the 22-year-old encountered additional hurdles in his quest to catch the superstar on tour. Alice Rizzo reports.
