Proverbs 21:15 New King James Version
15 It is a joy for the just to do justice,
But destruction will come to the workers of iniquity.
GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY DEAR ONES!!!
I’ll admit that I have been rather affected in more ways than one, by the things that I see going on in our world today, especially in regards to what is being spoken about in this morning scripture. I see a lot of legit cases of discrimination and oppression going on in our world today, and I sometimes wonder “What can I do about it?” I wonder what good I could be in the midst of it, especially when we see many instances of cries for oppression turning out to be hoaxes, and the real people who were being oppressed, are affected by it. I think that’s why I really appreciate the questions from this morning’s devotional, and the valid points they make. So I’d like to share these questions with you today, and I pray that God challenges your heart through them, and causes you to think about this particular issue.
How do you want God to defend the oppressed?
How might your understanding of His wrath against injustice prompt you to speak up for the oppressed?
Tonight, my friends, I’d like to share some things that god showed me from this passage of scripture, through this vlog I’d like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that it will challenge your heart as well as your thinking when it comes to this issue, and that you will not close your eyes to the genuine injustice and oppression that occurs in our world today. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends, and see just what I mean! 😊
What point is God trying to make with all of this you ask? To start with, He’s trying to get us to realize how important it is to stand up for the rights of others. To not turn a blind eye to genuine injustice and oppression that occurs in our world. He especially wants us to stand up for our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, especially if they are being attacked and maligned by those claiming to love the Lord.
So, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I urge you to ask God to Open your eyes to see the real and genuine injustice as well as oppression that takes place in this world today, and ask God to give him courage to do something about it. If you see it especially within your church, don’t turn a blind eye to it, but dare to speak out against it. If you see someone that is being oppressed, victimized, abused, or treated in be disrespectful fashion in any way, don’t keep your mouth shut but say something. Take hold of the truth of God’s mercy, love, justice and grace, and stand up for those who can’t stand up for themselves.
UNTIL SATURDAY:
HAVE A SWEET AND BLESSED EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
