Mr beast Illegal lotteries and questionable Marketing Tactics..

As part of this week's episode of "this week in social media" , we share our view, and report about the next half of dogpack404's video.

But today we are going to start sharing some more of the very serious claims that dogpack404 has made in the first video. There was a claim of Mr breat running “fake or illegal” lotties. Within Dogpack’s video he shows that the FTC defines a lottery as need to have all 3
A- A prize ( something for value )
B - A chance ( a random chance )
C - A consideration ( Paying or doing something )

Dogpack then to show a set of clips from a MRB 40 mill livestream, where he claims that “illegal Lottie's took place” , I am unsure personally if it matter or not if are illegal Lottie's or not, it is purely starting or showcasing some of underhand, “fear of missing out” , marketing tactics that i would hope only young Childs ( who we have already understood his viewers are, ) would full fall.. So it is of course very shitly and “spamly”.

With one of the “crew” signing “MB” followed by his own name. Now this is of course a very shitly thing to do, but also would be “false advertising” if someone outside of the how win a price thing, got the t-shirt or whatever product it was, with the understand that their “amazing Mr breast” The Jimmy made by building a parasocial relationship with them of course they are going to ask mum or dad to buy the one…

As well one of the golden tickets “just so happening to be going to someone” who jimmy knew would be a good in the video because he had already built a larger YouTube channel of 767K subs ( as of 27 Jan 2022 ) how this is undesirable as he wants to make a “good video” but surely a better way would have been to just invite the youtuber into the video than say “and here at the winners from the golden ticket prices”

To add to more claims about “false advertising” it is claimed that MR breast’s chocolate business used the term “world's best chocolate bar” on the products themself, how? Surely if you are going to use a claim like that, you NEED to, prove it? Right?
