Clean-up starts after devastating floods hit Italy's Emilia-Romagna

Residents of Bagnacavallo in Italy's northern Emilia-Romagna region on Friday morning (September 20) started cleaning up after the Lamone River burst its banks and flooded the area for the second year in a row. Local former police commander Roberto Faccani told Reuters anger is mounting towards institutions.
