Before we go on to the 3 hacks that will help you to stop thinking negative thoughts, here's 1 thing you must NEVER DO...

And that is FORCING POSITIVITY/POSITIVE THOUGHTS.

If you force positive thoughts into your mind... on the external you will convince your conscious mind that everything is alright and you are happy...But on the internal your subconscious mind knows that this is not the truth.

And this creates immense pressure on the inside, and you'll end up experiencing double the negativity that you were experiencing.

Hack No. 1: Acknowledge the Negative Thoughts

Simply acknowledging negative thoughts can release excess tension and stress. Your mind won't be battling the fake positivity, that comes from forcing happy thoughts. By accepting and allowing yourself to feel them, you reduce the tension, making it easier to let go.

Hack No. 2: Find a Medium to Express Them

Once you've acknowledged these negative thoughts and feelings, find a way to express them. This could be talking it out, or physical expression like working out or running. You could also express them creatively, such as writing a song or playing an instrument, consciously letting go of the negativity.

After expressing the negative thoughts, shift your state by doing something you're passionate about. This internal shift helps you let go of the dark thoughts and emotions holding you down.
