Ingredients:
• 12 store-bought rasgullas
• 4 cups milk
• 1/8 cup milk powder
• 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
• 4 tbsp rose syrup (adjust to taste)
• 2 tbsp Chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the milk mixture (rabri):
• Add 4 cups of milk in a pan. Bring the milk to a boil over medium heat.
• Once the milk comes to a boil, add milk powder and chopped nuts.
• Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the mixture thickens slightly.
• Add cardamom powder and rose syrup. Mix well.

2. Prepare the rasgullas:
• Gently squeeze the store-bought rasgullas to remove excess sugar syrup, but don’t flatten them.

3. Assemble the Rose Rasmalai:
• Place the squeezed rasgullas in a dish.
• Pour the rabri milk over the rasgullas.
• Refrigerate it for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
