Combat work of the crews of T-90M Proryv tanks of the 20th Guards Combined Arms Army of the West group of forces

During the special military operation, servicemen of the tank units of the West group of forces, demonstrating courage and heroism in carrying out combat missions, continue to strike at military targets, armored vehicles and enemy personnel. The crew of the T-90M Proryv tank of the 20th Guards Combined Arms Army of the West Forces Group completed a fire mission from closed fire positions and hit the 10th stronghold of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the special operation zone over the past week.

According to the intelligence units, firing positions were identified, as well as a concentration of live enemy. The crew immediately moved to closed firing positions and worked according to the issued coordinates, making adjustments. The tank crew fired at ranges of up to 10 kilometers. Fire adjustment and target destruction recording were performed using a quadcopter-type unmanned aerial vehicle system.

After conducting combat firing, the tank crew changed firing positions to spare ones to prevent return fire from the enemy. In addition, during the performance of combat missions, tank crews use high-explosive fragmentation ammunition, which allows them to inflict maximum damage on enemy fortifications, fortifications and armored vehicles.

Thanks to the courageous actions of the tank crews, the assault units are advancing meter by meter every day, which allows them to clear and occupy the strongholds of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. For the courage, bravery and heroism displayed during the special military operation, the servicemen were awarded state and departmental awards.
