Trumpet worshipers in Tuscan were attacked by the evils - Were they only Latinos?

It's a good thing I heard about this from someone online. I hadn't heard about it in the fake awake community.

So my question IS, were it ONLY Latinos because if it was, then the rumors that the evils can attack you by your DNA were correct.
