We say this all the time: God loves you, right where you are. Receive Christ. Then we receive Christ, for many, a whole yoke of performance and perfectionism gets thrown onto our backs. We strive and perform and wear ourselves out trying to fix ourselves and make ourselves lovable. We end up walking past His love and into a lifestyle of performing, striving and trying to get ourselves “just right,” while we struggle with a disconnect to His love.

So I want to talk about your need for TULA, Total Unconditional Loving Acceptance–a topic that can stir up confusion in many. Some see unconditional love as compromising truth or as too good to be true. But the reality is, unconditional love is very uncomfortable for so many. We need to learn what it means to be loved by God and let it have an impact in our healing and freedom journey.
