1 - RIGHT HAND STEP AROUND POST ENTRY PASS

WITH THE BALL IN YOUR RIGHT HAND, STEP TO THE SIDE OF YOUR BODY WITH YOUR RIGHT FOOT AND EXTEND YOUR ARM OUT TO THE SIDE AS YOU GO. FLICK YOUR WRIST IN TOWARDS YOUR BODY SO THE BALL HITS THE WALL DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE MIDDLE OF YOUR BODY.

2 - LEFT HAND STEP AROUND POST ENTRY PASS

3 - RIGHT HAND STEP AROUND POST ENTRY BOUNCE PASS

FLICK YOUR WRIST IN TOWARDS YOUR BODY SO THE BALL HITS THE GROUND ABOUT TWO THIRDS OF THE WAY BETWEEN YOU AND THE WALL AND WILL RETURN TO YOU AFTER IT BOUNCES

4 - LEFT HAND STEP AROUND POST ENTRY BOUNCE PASS

5 - RIGHT HAND CROSS BODY POCKET PASS

PUT YOUR RIGHT HAND BEHIND THE BALL WITH YOUR PINKY FACING UPWARD, WITH YOUR LEFT HAND ON THE SIDE OF THE BALL AND PLACE THE BALL ON THE OTHER SIDE OF YOUR BODY. FLICK YOUR WRIST FORWARD AND FOLLOW THROUGH SO THAT THE BALL SNAPS AWAY FROM YOUR HAND AND HITS THE WALL

6 - LEFT HAND CROSS BODY POCKET PASS

PUT YOUR LEFT HAND BEHIND THE BALL WITH YOUR PINKY FACING UPWARD. WITH YOUR RIGHT HAND ON THE SIDE OF THE BALL AND PLACE THE BALL ON THE OTHER SIDE OF YOUR BODY. FLICK YOUR WRIST FORWARD AND FOLLOW THROUGH SO THAT THE BALL SNAPS AWAY FROM YOUR HAND AND HITS THE WALL.

7 - RIGHT HAND BEHIND THE BACK PASS

TURN YOUR BODY SO THAT THE LEFT SIDE OF YOU IS CLOSEST TO THE WALL. FLIP THE BALL BEHIND YOUR BACK WITH YOUR RIGHT HAND PASSING IT AGAINST THE WALL AND CATCHING THE BALL IN FRONT OF YOUR BODY.

8 - LEFT HAND BEHIND THE BACK PASS

9 - ONE BALL SIDEWAYS WALL JUGGLING RIGHT HAND

STANDING SIDEWAYS WITH YOUR LEFT SIDE CLOSEST TO THE WALL, YOU WILL PASS IN THIS DRILL USING ONLY YOUR RIGHT HAND. BOUNCE THE BALL ON THE FLOOR AND UP AGAINST THE WALL, CATCHING IT AGAIN WITH YOUR RIGHT HAND AND REPEATING AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE
