Singing

playing poems
chasing turtles

What’s yours?

Because I’m following that wind in my hair.
As children, we just followed it.
We moved with our own wisdom
somewhere along the way stopping
our own mysteries to guide us.

A caregiver’s fear
a failure to give care
Unprotected
And protected

I believe you.

You survived
You thrived.
A walking miracle
Awake to yourself again.

Re- programming yourself from the inside out
because that’s what listening to your heart does.
Invincible
and easy does it
well - sometimes
a gentle progress on fire.

Because she knows her heart
Knowing is feeling you don’t.

I Let myself
and I run through my veins

I am free.

Who cares what other people say.
None of my business
not even mine.
