Pork a la Fugazzeta 🔥 with these amazing onions ... you have to make it!!!!!
With a good firewood. Burning a little bit the onions in charcoal, then cut, I added lemon-pepper and seasoning mix.
Grilled pork strips with a little bit of fine salt (about 15 minutes per side approx) mozzarella, the onions we prepared, a little parmesan, oregano, olive and grilled over a charcoal grill on top.
