RECIPES:
Breakfast: Muesli
- Cacao and Coconut Granola
- Fresh strawberries
- Almond milk
- Vanilla Bean COYO (*)

LUNCH: Lentil Mince Tacos
- 3 x hard taco shells
- 1/2 bunch spring onion
- 1 tin of lentils
- 1/2 tin of corn
- Garlic (to taste)
- Bolognese herbs (to taste)
- Salt + Pepper (to taste)
(Served with fresh tomato, avocado, vegan cheese and lime)

DINNER: Creamy Garlic Avocado Pasta (warning: very garlic-y)
- 1/2 packet San Remo GF Pulse Pasta
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt + Pepper (to taste)
- Basil + Parsley (to taste)
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
(Served with flax and sesame seeds)
