Originally a supportive space for parents, 4thWaveNow evolved into a platform for Denise’s original writing, as well as work by and about detransitioners, gender clinicians, researchers, and others who question the affirm-only model for gender dysphoric youth. 4thWaveNow’s current focus is investigations into US gender medicine and related political ramifications.
