In the Ugledar section of the South Donetsk operational direction, the advance of mechanized platoon tactical units of the "Vostok" Group of Forces continues after establishing control over the "Yuzhnodonbasskaya No. 3" mine.

The assault groups are also provided with fire support by the crews of T-62M/MV medium tanks, suppressing the fortification nodes of the 72nd Mechanized Brigade and the 68th Jaeger Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with their 115mm У-5ТС guns, both by direct fire and from closed positions. In the video, a T-62M platoon is deployed in offensive formations and is preparing to storm one of the enemy's fortified areas.

It is also worth noting that the tank crews are provided with fire support by mobile ATGM "Khrizantema-S", which are a rather right sight in the SMO.

The complex has two target channels, the first of which is provided by means of a television-infrared optical-electronic guidance module using a semi-automatic laser-beam control channel for the 9M123-2/F-2 ATGM, the second is guided by means of an all-weather W-band radar complex (100 - 150 MHz) with a radio command control channel.

The range of the 9M123-2 and 9M123F-2 ATGMs reaches 6,000 m, the average trajectory speed is 430 m/s. The narrow beam of the guidance radar, as well as its millimeter range of operation, ensures the highest level of jamming immunity of the guidance path. Standard electronic countermeasure systems for enemy FPV drones and enemy optical-electronic jamming systems are not capable of effectively countering the Хризантема-С system.

The main problem, as we have already discussed, is that it is a system that requires visual contact with target.
The non-modernised version of the missile, with a range of only 6km, is far from ideal compared to the 10km range of newer models 9M123M "Хризантема-ВМ".
