Chair Yoga For Healthy Joints - 33 Minute Class

In Chair Yoga for Healthy Joints, we move through all the joints of the body gently opening and warming. We begin with some gentle breathing and finish with a short meditation🧘‍♂️

This is a great class to do early in the morning to open and loosen the body and calm the mind for the day.

Remember to listen to your body, the practice should feel good for you. Allow your body to naturally progress as it's ready, favor softness and release rather than force or effort.
