I can compare with my eaelier amplifier which was a roland . Thus Mark bass amplifier youtube review video is much better quality and power . But the Roland had a drum machine incorporated and i could put batteries in it . This mark bass you will need to play it at home or as i did bring a battery bank with you . I found a battery bank online it lasts 7 hours . And i plug it in the amp as if i plugged it at home . It works well .

The only thing when you travel continent remmeber to switch the power on the amp, there is a switch . And do not burn it as i did i had to repair it because of the 220 120 switch . The Laney amp is very small , only 5 watts . The quality is excellent , but because it is so small outside it not loud enough in some places . I managed to play on the street one time and turn the amp towards the wall. So the sound was reverbating on the street much louder .

But i am thinking to play with a bluebooth speaker to see the diference. Because bluebooth speakers are much lighter and for 50 or 100 watts it is like 1 kilo only of weight .
