Kukri Tabletop Review

Comparing the virtues of 3 kukris--an old modified kukri from Ontario Knife Company's Spec Plus line, the Cold Steel Kukri Plus in 52100 steel, and the Expat Knives Jaraca, a Spec Plus look-alike.
I find these blades to be more suitable for wearing when doing active manual labor than a hatchet, while maintaining rapid and efficient access.
