12 Ways We Practice Emotional Avoidance
One of the patterns I see quite often is the amount of avoidance that comes up in our mental health struggles. At first, avoidance shows up as a protective coping mechanism, but over time, we need to see where avoidance is getting in the way of our healing and freedom.
