I always look forward to Colonel Karen being on the show because she is so well informed and has a clear veiw of events and their ramifications.
The guest very rightly points out the the US doesn't follow their own laws. When she says war without Congress, she is referring to War Powers Act. The President is not supposed to be able to fight a war beyond 100 days without Congress declaring war and funding a war. Congress avoids responsibility and lets President have more power than US law allows for.
