Should municipal governments invest in solar panels, electric buses and other initiatives that citizens themselves would not choose? While the regulatory framework for municipal parties is still evolving, he explains how these parties could be established in a way similar to provincial regulations. Doug also shares PACE’s plans for organizing, calling for "pace setters" in each ward to take leadership roles and build strong local associations.
