Lots going on in my life right now and really needed to hammer this out to practice what I upload :). Things have been tumultuous everywhere and I need to center myself. While the creation of an energy balloon is to keep your energy separate from outside entities when in deep trance, it can also metaphorically apply to life and keeping oneself distinct from outside forces and individuals with which we have no control over.

STEPS:
1 - Start by imagining fresh new energy in your head flowing from the top of your head and down to the soles of your feet where it re-enters your body. Imagine this field of energy flowing in this manner.
2. Now change the flow so that the energy flows out and down around you, spiraling down around you before re-entering your feet.
3. Breathe in new energy through the nose / exhale stale energy through the mouth and hum if so desired.
