In this video Junior and I were hunting for some food in Kanchanburi Thailand when we ran across a small string of roadside street food vendors. Junior enjoys grilled chicken and I was in the mood for somtam. We took a quick walk down to an area where we know there are vendors making fresh food to order so he could get an order without spice and I could get my fill as well. Fresh Thai street food is often the best way to buy it because it can change the taste if the food is not piping hot. Somtam is a popular dish with locals and made in a variety of ways.
