In 2002, Trump assassin Ryan Wesley Routh was arrested for possessing a weapon of mass destruction. His punishment was shockingly light: probation.

The Department of Homeland Security defines a weapon of mass destruction as nuclear, radiological, chemical, or biological, designed to inflict mass harm. Ryan Wesley Routh worked with US intelligence agencies to expand the American Foreign Legion in Ukraine, and his 300-page manifesto calls for nuclear war.

There's no doubt he was working for intelligence agencies.
