Shoulder Physical Therapy: 6-Resistance Band Exercises (2 sets of 8 reps each)

In this video, we do 2 sets of 6 exercises for 8 reps each...
I injured my shoulder (minor tears in #RotatorCuff & severe #BicepsTendonInflammation) & was prescribed these 6 exercises (& Cortisone shot). I'll make more with different reps & sets.
