Oct. 18, 1964 - The St. Louis Cardinals pulled out a 38-24 victory over the Washington Redskins today on Charley Johnson’s 14-yard touchdown pass to Bobby Joe Conrad in the final 26 seconds.
Johnson’s pass climaxed a 73-yard drive after Washington had fought back to a 24-24 tie on Jim Martin’s 24-yard field goal with 1:50 left.
