Grim Dawn - A Traitor, The Waterfront, & A Question for Veteran Players

Today Artemis, the Warlord, takes out a traitor at Devil's Crossing before heading to the waterfront to gather fabric for one of the refugees. Along the way, I have a very important question for veterans of the game - can I reset my skill points and, if so, how?
