Ingredients:
• 500g chicken mince
• 2 slices of bread (soaked in water and squeezed)
• 2 tablespoons besan
• 1 tablespoon garlic paste
• 1 green chili (finely chopped)
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
• 1 teaspoon red chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
• 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
• 3 eggs (beaten)
• Breadcrumbs (for coating)
• Oil (for frying)

Instructions:
1. Soak the bread slices in water for 1-2 minutes, then squeeze out the water.
2. In a large bowl, add chicken mince, soaked bread slices, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, paprika powder, besan, chopped green chili and salt. Mix well.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Grease your hands with oil.
5. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into flat round cutlets.
6.Coat each cutlet with breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to ensure the crumbs stick. Then, dip the breadcrumb-coated cutlets into the beaten eggs.
7. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Shallow fry the cutlets until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
8. Serve hot with mint chutney, ketchup, or yogurt dip.
