Level: Intermediate

Technique: This exercise will help you mix sweep picking and Alternate picking.

Theory: The Diatonic Chords(arpeggio) of the Major Scale connect with scale mode of the same scale degree. Fine tune that ear!

Rhythm
Triplets can be a bit tricky, particularly if they appear suddenly in a piece of music which consists mainly of Eighth and Sixteenths. I am confident this exercise will help you Conquer that issue.
