In this 7 Minute Guided Breathing (Pranayama in Sanskrit) you'll learn Alternate Nostril Breathing. This practice focuses on lengthening the inhalations (Pratiloma).

Like most calming breathing practices, it is calming for the mind and body. Ideally, wait a few hours after eating before trying these deep breathing exercises.
