In this 7 Minute Guided Breath/Energy (Pranayama in Sanskrit) Practice we prepare for Alternate Nostril Breathing by learning to slow down and lengthen the exhales (Anuloma).

This is also an extremely relaxing practice for calming the mind when overthinking.
