"This is the V-safe protocol from November 2020...vaccine didn't roll out to December 2020. This is the last page of their protocol that they use to design V-safe. This is their adverse events of special interest, pre-specified medical conditions...look at the conditions they listed (Acute myocardial infarction, anaphylaxis, coagulopathy, COVID-19 disease, death, myocarditis/pericarditis....)...the very same issues that we saw Americans around this country suffering. They knew these conditions could be an issue and they call them adverse events of special interest, pre-specified medical conditions. But did they end up on this list? No. Did the symptoms of these conditions end up in this? No. In fact, they just left that list with the things that were pretty much pointless.
It's really hard to prove like mens rea, it's hard to prove like a bad state of mind, like a premeditated bad conduct. To me, this list, they had this, they identified them, they said these were of concern and they left them off, at least the symptoms of these from their list of symptoms in V-safe. To me that's premeditated. That's proof of premeditated conduct."
