Starting from nothing, Kristina has worked her way to the top. A highly respected federal litigator, Kristina manages a successful law practice with clients across the country. While raising her family, she has built her business from the ground up by consistently delivering results that exceed expectations.

Kristina Heuser plays an active role in shaping Collier County and beyond. She serves on the Collier County Republican Executive committee and was recently appointed by Governor DeSantis to the Board of Trustees of Florida SouthWestern State College.

Kristina is one of the nation’s leading voices on constitutional law. She is the former Chief Litigation Counsel for Advocates for Faith & Freedom, and she currently serves as Legal Counsel to the American Constitutional Rights Union and as an Allied Attorney with Alliance Defending Freedom. Kristina knows the Constitution, trusts the Constitution, and as your next State Committeewoman, she will DEFEND the Constitution.
