I'm ecstatic, I finally made a rack of BBQ pork ribs that are so tasty and very tender. I've not had much luck cooking ribs until now. I sous vide'ed them, took 24 hours plus the searing of them but well worth it. Most restaurants do them the same way low and slow. They were bloody awesome.
