EU still dependent on Russian gas despite self-imposed limits – reports

Europe's Energy Commissioner claims the EU is prepared to live without Russian gas transiting through Ukraine. However, a European Commission report indicates that Moscow supplies 18% of the bloc's imports. RT’s Rachel Marsden has the details.
