"To console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for His glory." — Isaiah 61:3
"They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death." — Revelation 12:11
This is my personal journey from bondage to liberation—both physically and spiritually. From the despair of human trafficking to the brilliance of freedom. From shattered and lost to restored and made whole through the transformative power of Jesus.
"From Captivity to Wholeness: A Journey of Redemption and Restoration"
Growing up under the control of an abusive father with twisted addictions, my childhood was one of captivity—constantly on the run, hidden from the world. As I grew older, I longed for freedom. But even after escaping, I realized that the emotional and spiritual chains of my past continued to bind me, leading to deep struggles as an adult in an unfamiliar world.
At my lowest, Jesus reached me. He broke the chains of addiction, anger, and unforgiveness, bringing healing and restoring every broken piece of my life. This isn’t just a story of survival—it's a testament to how Jesus can transform ashes into beauty. No matter where you are, there is hope, there is healing, and you are never alone. Let my testimony remind you that through Jesus, true freedom and wholeness are possible.
Human Trafficking Facts:
• Human trafficking is a devastating global issue impacting millions of lives.
• Women and children are frequently targeted for labor or sexual exploitation.
• Traffickers rely on manipulation, coercion, and control—ranging from subtle psychological abuse to violent force.
• Healing from trafficking requires more than physical escape; it demands deep emotional and spiritual restoration.
• Alarmingly, a significant portion of human trafficking happens within the victim’s own family.
If you or someone you know is facing these challenges, remember—freedom, healing, and restoration are within reach. Hope is found in Jesus.
