WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DON'T PUMP YOUR BREASTS FOR EIGHT HOURS//GOING EIGHT HOURS WITHOUT BREASTFEEDING

Spencer goes to childcare one day per week, and I am trying to get away with not pumping my breasts anymore when he is away for the day.

It was interesting to see that my breasts did become quite engorged, and I saw the shape of a milk duct higher up on my chest than I imagined milk ducts to be. But once Spencer had fed, I did not experience any long-term effects from a short-term engorgement of my breasts.
