𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮🧘‍♂️

I got into Yoga after a car accident when I was 23🚙

𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲.

I began practicing at home for only 20 minutes a day and gradually increased over time⏱
𝗜𝗻 𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝟮 𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻🤗

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆⚡️

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲:

1️⃣ 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆
Awareness is the key that activates the healing power of Yoga.

2️⃣ 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲⚖️
Notice which areas are tight and which are weak. Compare the feeling on each side and consciously work on evening this out.

3️⃣ 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿⚓️
Once you’ve found the ideal position, Keep coming back to the breath. Feel the subtle movements of the areas you’re stretching with your breath😤
