How to get more done on your to do list!

Over the years, My "to do list" has done nothing but grow! One of the keys for me, to be able to get everything done that I need to, is a time management technique know as "time blocking"!

Firstly you NEED to ask yourself, what is the top three to four tasks that are going to have the largest input to your bussiness. Move anything outside of those three to fives tasks, to the following day.

But also how you can build reward systems into your time and tasks that you need to do!

Step 1 - Choose your things you need to do
Step 2 - Work out how long they are going to need
Step 3 - Add them into your day in blocks of time ( make sure to add rewards to each block )
Step 4 - Make sure you have no phone or emails or etc, when in a block

At the end of your day you can give yourself a score out of 10 , to see did you do everything you needed to do! did you go on your phone to much if atall? Did you over guuse how long something was going to take?
