Griddle-cooked Italian Marinated Steak paired with the Best Griddle Potatoes!

This Italian marinated steak and potatoes griddle dinner was absolutely amazing - and SO easy to make! We started by making a simple Italian steak marinade for our sirloin. Then, we cooked the Italian steak on the griddle and topped it with a little bruschetta mixture. The yukon gold potatoes were par-boiled and then finished on the griddle with some butter, Shake That seasoning, and rosemary. A great griddle dinner if you want to try something different than a normal steak!
