My bulking diet routine: what I eat to become bigger and healthier

When you’re an entrepreneur and a student It becomes very hard to eat consistently especially if you’re trying to gain more weight .

So I have come up with a simple plan:
1. 5 egg omelette for breakfast
2. Protein powder and creatine
3. 1 cup of rice and a handful of boneless chicken (rice and chicken) for dinner…
