Cooking Fall Apples Dessert

Sorry it's late! I tried to get it up sooner, but technical difficulties kept occuring. Happy Fall! Hope you all enjoy!
RECIPE:
Puff Pastry:
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup cold unsalted butter
7-8 tbsp of ice water or more as needed
