Former President Donald Trump said that he will not debate Vice President Kamala Harris again before the November presidential election. Trump made the announcement on his social media platform Truth Social. In the post, he said Harris only wants a "rematch" because she lost.

Trump had previously said his campaign would "think about it" when asked if he would commit to a second debate.

"KAMALA SHOULD FOCUS ON WHAT SHE SHOULD HAVE DONE DURING THE LAST ALMOST FOUR YEAR PERIOD," Trump typed in all caps on Truth Social. "THERE WILL BE NO THIRD DEBATE!"

More than 67 million people tuned in as Harris pressed a forceful case against the former president with jabs at his economic policy and his refusal to concede his 2020 election loss. Meanwhile, Trump continued to drive his message about inflation and immigration hammering Americans, tearing into Harris as too liberal and a continuation of Biden's unpopular administration.
