Joe Biden's attorney general Merrick Garland says DOJ will not be weaponzied

He personally authorized the raid on Mar-a-Lago where agents were told to show up in plain clothing, with hidden weapons violating all protocols, did not give up advance warning to the Secret Service, and had medics on the team hoping for a shootout.
He prosecuted Peter Navarro, Steve Bannon, Trump's aids, for contempt of congress rejecting subpoenas while refusing to prosecute himself for the same charge, not even appointing a special prosecutor which will be the standard process to avoid conflict of interest.
He appointed Jack Smith to go after President Donald Trump who gave a free pass to Joe Biden for the same alleged crime that Trump was accused of, charging only Trump, while the appointment was unconstitutional due to the violation of the appointments clause of the U.S. Constitution. Merrick Garland overreached, and had no authority to establish a new office of government in the USA.
